If an honest stitching issue or defect occurs, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. We will gladly:

• Repair the item

• Exchange it for the same product

• Items must be returned in their original condition for repairs or exchanges.

• Customised or personalised items cannot be refunded.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.

We offer in-person delivery within the Nice area. For French Riviera locations outside Nice, please contact us to arrange a private delivery.

Delivery can also be tailored depending on your chosen option, including with or without cushion filling,  gift boxes, simple wrapping, or custom presentation. Each item is handled with care to ensure it arrives beautifully at your home or as a thoughtful gift.
